This case involved orthodontics (from an outside office), whitening and composite restorations.

This patient presented with 2 missing teeth in the anterior and a retained baby tooth. Resoration involved gum surgery, 2 crowns, and an active retainer to slightly align teeth.

We did an all-ceramic crown, composites and whitening to improve this patient's smile.
