Dear Patient,

Welcome to our practice. We are genuinely pleased that you have chosen us for your dental care. Our practice realizes the importance of referrals and we value them greatly. We are always excited to see new smiles coming in our doors! In order to provide you with the best possible care, Dr. Steven Bruce, Dr. Robert Ririe, or Dr. Daniel Bruce will first complete a comprehensive oral examination. This includes a complete review of your medical and dental history, all necessary radiographs and intraoral images, study models, oral cancer screening, periodontal health evaluation, and examination of your teeth. Following this exam, your dentist will discuss their findings with you, develop a treatment plan that you are comfortable with, and then you will be scheduled accordingly.

Please be prepared for you appointment by filling out the new patient information on our website, as well as any dental insurance information that you may have. Also, please read our financial policy. Payment is expected at the time of the first visit. If you are covered by insurance, we will expect payment of your portion at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. For payment plans, we work with CareCredit. We would be happy to answer any questions about finances.

We believe in the team approach to dental care. In order for your treatment to be successful, please keep your appointments to ensure proper continuity. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
